We are looking for a Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d), to join our international Sales team. The position is based in Bandung, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Account and lead generation: Research, identify, and qualify new business leads across academic, pharmaceutical, and biotech sectors to drive pipeline growth
  • CRM-Management: Ensure CRM data is consistently clean, accurate, and up to date—maintaining proper lead tracking, notes, and follow-up activities
  • Sales Campaign Execution: Support ongoing inside sales campaigns, including E-Mail outreach, follow-up on marketing leads (e.g., webinars, trade shows), and nurturing inbound interest
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaign initiatives, share lead insights, and align on messaging and outreach strategies
  • By having a global view on the companies' lead generation and lead-to-opportunity conversion process, identity gaps and present optimization potential to your manager
  • Generate reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and CRM hygiene metrics to support sales leadership visibility and planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences or related field with relevant experience
  • Technical experience with Inside Sales tools (e.g. Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, BioIntelli, Clay)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite, Salesforce, and HubSpot
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across regions
